Parrow Park

Turn your parking into revenue.

Parrow Park brings paid guest parking and paid open parking to any property. Every space is watched live, the gate opens only for a valid booking, and the property earns from spaces that used to sit free — turnkey, with no meters, kiosks, or attendants.

The problem

Your parking is working for free.

Guest spaces fill with cars that don't belong there. Real guests circle the lot. Enforcement means a tow truck, an angry resident, and no record of who was supposed to be where. And every one of those spaces is income the property never sees.

Parrow Park makes parking something you manage, monitor, and earn from — in the same platform that already runs your gates and doors.

How it works

From booking to parked, with nobody at a booth.

Residents book parking for their guests in the Parrow app, the property books it for its own guests, or drivers simply pay to park — whichever your lot needs.

1

Book

A resident books parking for a guest in the Parrow app, the property books it for a short-term renter, a lessee, or an event — or a driver pays for an open space on the spot.

2

Pay up front

The stay is paid when it's booked, by the guest or the host — never a surprise bill at the exit. The pass arrives by text, ready for Apple or Google Wallet.

3

Arrive

The parking gate opens only for a valid booking inside its window, and the guest is told exactly which space is theirs.

4

Park, watched

The space confirms the car on its own. Stay too long or park without a booking, and the right people know in real time.

Two ways to earn

Paid parking that runs itself.

Set your rates and your rules. Parrow handles the booking, the gate, the monitoring, and the payment.

🎟️

Paid guest parking

Reserved spaces guests book ahead — a two-hour visit or a two-week stay. Prepaid, assigned automatically, and tied to the guest's pass, so the stay and the access end together.

  • Hourly, daily, or multi-day stays
  • Booked by residents or by the property
  • A space held for the whole stay
🅿️

Paid open parking

Open spaces become paid parking for whoever needs them — visitors, overflow, events — without a meter, a pay station, or an attendant on site.

  • Pay from a phone, no app required
  • Every space accounted for, live
  • Revenue reported by lot and by day

🗺️

Live occupancy board

Every space on a map of your own lot: available, booked, parked, over its time, or taken without a booking — updating as cars come and go.

🚨

Unauthorized & overstay alerts

A car in a space nobody booked, or one past its time, raises an alert to the right people — so enforcement is a fact, not a hunch.

🚧

A gate that knows the booking

The parking gate opens for paid bookings and permits — not for anyone who happens to hold a door code. Your operators can still open it any time.

🪪

Resident & staff permits

Residents, staff, and contractors park in their own permit areas, exempt from paid spaces — with dates, plates, and a named space when you want one.

🏨

The property as host

Book parking for short-term renters, lessees, and events directly — no resident needed to send the invitation.

🎫

A pass that ends with the stay

Every parking guest gets a pass by text, ready for Apple or Google Wallet, and it stops working when the stay ends. With Parrow Entry, the same pass can open the building's doors too.

🔄

Smart space assignment

Spaces are assigned for the whole stay and reassigned automatically if plans change, so a guest is never sent to a space that's taken.

🛡️

Never strands a paying guest

A paying guest is never locked out because a sensor had a bad day. Parking keeps working, and the record catches up.

📊

A complete parking record

Who booked, who paid, who parked where and for how long — timestamped and attributed, ready for disputes and reporting.

Parrow Park is designed to be the easiest revenue a property ever adds. We plan the lot with you, connect the spaces, and bring it live — then it runs on its own.

  • We set it up — your lot laid out in Parrow, spaces connected, and the parking gate linked, without a construction project.
  • Payments handled — guests pay up front, and the revenue is reported to the property by lot and by day.
  • One portal — lots, spaces, bookings, permits, and alerts in one Parrow portal your team runs from anywhere.
  • Your choice of model — resident-booked guest parking, open paid parking at the gate, or both.
Part of the Parrow ecosystem

Stands on its own. Even better with Parrow Entry.

Parrow Park runs a paid lot by itself. On a property that also runs Parrow Entry, parking and access become one system — the pieces are already in place.

  • One roster — the same residents, with no second list to keep in sync.
  • One invitation — a guest's door access and parking space in a single pass.
  • One audit trail — the parking gate is one more Parrow access point.
  • One app — on iOS, Android, and the web.

FAQ

Common questions

Do we need Parrow Entry to use Parrow Park?

No. Parrow Park works on its own — paid guest parking with residents booking in the Parrow app, or open paid parking collected at your gate with no resident reservations at all. If your property also runs Parrow Entry, the two share residents, passes, gates, and one portal.

Do residents need an app?

Only if they book parking for their guests — they do it in the Parrow app on iOS, Android, or the web. For open paid parking, drivers simply pay to park; no resident app is involved.

Who sets the prices?

The property. You choose your rates and rules for guest and open parking, and which spaces are paid.

Can residents and staff still park for free?

Yes. Permit areas for residents, staff, and contractors are kept separate from paid spaces, so the people who live and work there are never charged to park.

What do we need on site?

A space sensor per monitored space and a connection to your parking gate. We specify, plan, and bring it live with you — your demo covers exactly what your lot needs.
